Birmingham Freedom Parade 22/07/09

Troops from the 26th Royal Artillery Regiment also known as the West Midlands Gunners became the 6th Regiment to be granted the Freedom of Birmingham,after recent tours of Iraq and Afghanistan,the Lord Mayor of Birmingham Michael Wilkes officiated at the Parade through the City Center, the band of the Parachute Regiment marched at the front of the parade which was supported by various British Legion groups. Well done too the Lads and Lasses! We are proud of you all.
